Building Identity, Emotional Intelligence & Resilience

The Life Skills Education programme is an integral part of the School’s academic curriculum across grade levels with the objective of helping learners develop a wholesome identity, manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and develop interpersonal skills.

The Programme helps students develop creative and critical thinking skills, positive behaviour, and effective communication skills. It equips children to better respond to adolescent issues and peer pressure, develop empathy and social skills, and most importantly, the ability to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.

Emotional Self-Regulation

Managing stress, adolescent transitions, and performance pressures constructively.

Interpersonal Communication

Practicing empathetic listening, assertiveness, and teamwork.

Critical Thinking

Evaluating scenarios, making ethical decisions, and solving daily challenges.
